BEGINNER DRIVER EDUCATION

Course requirements

1. Students complete 20 hours of classroom instruction, 10 hours of in-car lessons, and 10 hours of take-home study.
2. All course components must be completed within 364 days of the class start date to be eligible for certification.
3. All fees must be paid in full before completion of the required in-car lessons.
4. Students are responsible for collecting their certificate from Service Ontario once confirmation is received.
5. There is no refund or cancellation of the Beginner Driver Education Course once enrolled.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Important terms

1. In-car lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 fee applies to late cancellations or no-shows.
2. If you are not comfortable with your instructor, we will review the concern and may assign an alternate instructor.
3. A 10% administrative fee applies to refunds requested before a course begins.
4. Road-test bookings are non-refundable. Changes must be communicated at least 10 days in advance.
5. Students outside Mississauga, Brampton, or Etobicoke may be charged $70 per hour for instructor travel time.
